❔ What are the extraordinary expenses we have now?
❔ What are the extraordinary expenses we expect to have?
❔ How will will share the cost?
❔ What happens if we disagree about an expense?
❔ When/how much will the children contribute to any of these costs?

❔What’s a worst case scenario of estimated legal fees?
❔Do you have experience in conflict resolution?
❔What’s the worst case scenario of the estimated time this may take if I fight for this?
❔If I don’t want to pursue this matter how much would my settlement be and what would legal fees be?

Get informed about the exactly what you’re agreeing to before you pay that first retainer fee. Not every lawyer will be a good fit for you and your situation.
